SEO Services

1. SEO services offered by the Company are intended to provide the Client with preferential positioning in selected major search engines and report results on an ongoing and timely basis.

Our SEO services serve 2 main purposes:

1. to provide the Client with increased exposure in search engines, and
2. to drive targeted online traffic to the Client’s website.

2. Monthly fees must be paid in full prior to the start of services for each month of the contract term, as initiated by the contract start date. Automated recurring payments are advised for ongoing contracts.

3. For the purposes of providing these services, Client agrees to:

• Provide FTP and/or CMS access to the main site for uploading new content, and making changes for the beneficial purpose of optimization OR approval to go through 3rd Party.
• Authorise Company the use of all Client logos, trademarks, web site images etc., for use in creating informational pages and any other uses as deemed necessary by the Company for search engine positioning and optimisation.
• Provide additional relevant text content in electronic format for the purpose of creating additional web pages, if Client’s site is light in textual content and additional content is deemed necessary. Client agrees to provide content, for example 200 to 500 word articles about each of their intended keyword phrases, or Company can provide this as an additional service if contracted to do so.

4. Selected ‘Major’ search engines* include:

• Google, Yahoo, Bing, (*Major SE and SE names may change without notice)

5. Client acknowledges the following with respect to services:

• Company has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Client site may be excluded from any directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory. In this event Company will resubmit those pages that have been dropped from the index.
• Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms and other competitive factors, Company does not guarantee #1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase or search term.
• Some search engines and directories may take as long as 2 to 4 months, and in some cases longer, after submission to list your site and/or increase keyword rankings.
• Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often listing will “reappear” without any additional submissions. Should the listing not reappear, Company will re-submit the site based on the current policies of the search engine in question.

6. The Company is not responsible for changes made to the Web site by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s Web site.

7. Additional Services not listed herein will be provided for AUD $99 inc GST per hour.  For example, purchasing keywords beyond the scope provided in the SEO proposal, creating more doorway pages, adjusting graphic layouts of pages etc.

8. Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Company for inclusion on the website above are owned by Client, or that Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Company from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.

9. Company is not responsible for Client’s overwriting SEO work to Client’s site. Ie. Client webmaster making changes and uploading over work already provided. Client will be charged an additional fee for re-constructing content etc, based on the hourly rate of AUD $99 inc GST per hour.

Reports and consulting services

1. Reports and consulting services are intended to assess the current state of the Client's web presence or internet marketing and in some cases offer strategic advice.

2. No responsibility is taken by Company for actions taken in response to a Report or the results of those actions.

Delivery policy

All products are digital products or services, and are performed online. Reports or results are delivered by email.

Payment terms

All payments are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and the total price includes GST if Client is located within Australia.

Payments are charged in advance for all services.

Recurring payments for ongoing monthly services are charged automatically in advance on a monthly basis using the payment details our payment provider has on file. If a payment fails Client will be required to update their payment information.

Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds are available on any service or payments made, including payments made as an automatic recurring charges.

Client may cancel a recurring payment campaign at any time and the service will be stopped at the end of the paid period. No refunds are given for any part of a service that has been paid for in advance, even if the service is cancelled.

Security

All cart and transaction pages on webmojo.com.au are protected with 1024-bit SSL encryption with certificates provided by GeoCerts. Transactions are processed by our partner eWAY, a fully PCI-compliant and secure processing service.

Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will only be used to provide you with the services you have agreed to.

It is important for you to note that once you purchase a product or service from us it may be necessary for us to collect information from you to deliver these products or services. We hold this information in confidentiality.

Your Personal Information

You are able to visit our website without disclosing any personal information to us. If you purchase from us or choose to provide your personal information to us, we will only use this information for actions related to providing your services or giving you help and information.

Personal information will not be disclosed without your consent, the only exception to this is where we would be required by law to do so. Company will not accept responsibility for the use of any information that has been obtained through unauthorised access.
